• "Nickname" - We collect this information because it tells us what is your preferred name in our communications. 

• "Phone Number" - We collect this information because it allows us to get in touch with you only after previous agreement with you. 

• "Email Address" - We collect this information, because it will be utilized as a way of communication with you, which is private, and may be used for the exchange of future invoices or documents. The email will be used for communication purposes between the client and us only.

• "Time zone/City?" - This information is used to calculate and synchronize the most convenient time for meetings considering the time difference of both sides. This information serves only for this purpose 

• "Additional information?" - The additional personal concerns shared on the form, as well as during our conversations, are strictly confidential. It is used only in consideration of your hypnotherapy plan.

We use industry-standard security measures, such as encryption and firewalls, to safeguard your data.  

 

When we initiate a payment, we simply send an invoice to the client to complete.

 

Our payment provider does not allow us to see any details about the financial transaction.

​​We will never charge your card without prior approval.

​​We cannot edit or change a client's payment information, so if we ever need to, we will contact the client directly. 

​​​Payment terms are outlined in our Service Agreement, which is signed by every client before any charges.

Harmony Transformations does not knowingly collect any information from children. 

 If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete the information.  ​
